Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean and dry
Do not use steel wool or wire brush, Osborn brush recommended
Mildew and mold free
Do not use products containing chlorine bleach

Application Temperature

50° to 95°F

Special Instructions

Back-brushing required for optimal results
Agitate product every 15 minutes
Maintain a "wet edge" to avoid lap marks
Avoid applying product in direct sunlight

Dry Time

Dry to the touch in four to six hours
Dry to allow second coat in eight to twelve hours
Complete cure time may take 14 - 21 days (at 70 degrees F)

Coverage Rate

150 - 250 square feet first coat
250 - 350 square feet second coat
