RETURN POLICY

Terms of Return:
No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. Please call customer service at (800) 564-2987 to initiate a return. All returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in resalable condition (i.e., product or container/label is not damaged or used). We cannot accept returns for previously opened or frozen containers of stain, caulk, or chinking. Refunds will be based on the price stated on the invoice. All returned items will be charged to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Items shipped in error due to Timeless Wood Care Products (wrong color, size, etc.) are exempt. Stain that is tined is non-refundable.
