With its borate-based formula with glycol carriers, Shell Guard RTU is perfect for keeping your logs safe from damage from termites, carpenter ants, wood-boring beetles, and wood decay fungi. And like Shell-Guard Concentrate, Shell Guard RTU comes with low toxicity levels for people and pets, and is also odorless and colorless. 

Shell Guard RTU allows for easy use because it doesn't require a great deal of set up. All you have to do is brush or spray straight from the container. Then, after it’s been applied, your logs will be dry and ready to stain in just two to four days. 

NOTE: As long as your logs are protected by a water repellent finish, an application of Shell-Guard RTU is permanent.
