Orders placed before 12pm EST are shipped the same day Monday – Friday.
Timeless Wood Care Ships to United States addresses ONLY. Shipping charges are based on actual UPS rates .
Please check the manufacturer of each product you wish to order. Products manufactured by Perma-Chink Systems may not be shipped to Indiana, or Canada.
Please check delivery times from your zip code to 49444 zip code at FedEx.com. Many times regular ground shipments will make delivery the same number of business days as expedited delivery at a fraction of the cost.
Returns
Unopened Merchandise
Unopened packages may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
Timeless Wood Care Products, LLC advises shipping returns back INSURED and TRACKABLE the method of your choice. Timeless Wood Care Products, LLC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged by the carrier.
Opened Merchandise
Because of the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns on opened merchandise.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping: Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less shipping fee if their entire order is returned for a refund.
Refunds
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange an item(s) should reorder the desired item(s) via our web site, www.timelesswoodcare.com, and separately return the item(s) for which they would like to receive credit.
Packaging Errors
