Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean and dry
Do not use steel wool or wire brush, Osborn brush recommended
Mildew and mold free
Do not use products containing chlorine bleach

Application Temperature

50° to 90°F

Special Instructions

Back-brushing required for optimal results
Agitate product every 15 minutes
Maintain a "wet edge" to avoid lap marks
Avoid applying product in direct sunlight

Dry Time

Dry to the touch in twelve hours
Dry for second coat to be applied in 24 hours
*Weather can increase dry times

200 - 400 square feet per gallon first coat
300 - 500 square feet per gallon second coat
