Check Mate 2 works great along log home surfaces because it is able to expand and contract with the log. Recommended Application Methods

Ratcheting caulk gun

Surface Preparation

Surface clean of dirt, wax, or oils
Surface dry
Grip-Strip or other recommended backer rod

Application Temperature

40° to 90°F

Special Instructions

Use on cracks and checks 1/4" to 1" wide
Finished thickness should be approximately 3/8"
Avoid applying product in direct sunlight

Dry Time

Dry to the touch in one hour
Complete cure time may take 3-8 weeks depending on humidity and temperature.
