Surface must be clean and dry
Do not use steel wool or wire brush, Osborn brush recommended
Mildew and mold free
Do not use products containing chlorine bleach

Application Temperature

40° to 90°F

Special Instructions

Do not allow to freeze

Dry Time

Dry to the touch in four to six hours
Complete cure time may take 72 hours depending on humidity and temperature.

Coverage Rate

350 - 450 square feet per gallon first coat
600-800 square feet per gallon second coat
